Lois Lane Properties utilizes a state-of-the-art web-based property management software program that allows us to provide the highest level of service. We can safely and efficiently collect rent and handle disbursements to owners and vendors online. Monthly and annual accounting statements and year-end income, expense, and 1099 statements will be prepared for you and be available electronically.

Your property will be listed with the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so that renters and other realtors know about it. The distinctive Lois Lane Properties signage draws a lot of attention and will direct prospective renters to view property details and schedule a showing on our website.

To ensure searchability on a national and international level, your rental listing will be made available on the major real estate websites (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc.). In addition to finding the right tenant for your property, we will provide periodic property inspections and a detailed inspection report after each move. We will oversee maintenance and repairs using our network of reliable, licensed contractors, while seeking competitive pricing and timely service to your tenants, with your approval. Your accounting statements, including detailed Income and Expense Reports, are accessible at any time through the Owner Portal and we prepare and send 1099 statements annually. If there is an emergency at your property, our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By using Lois Lane Rentals to oversee the management of your property, you will have assurance that your property and interests are safeguarded.
Leasing Only
Let our property managers screen and identify the perfect tenant for your property. After helping you determine how to get the best rates for your rental property, we’ll advertise it to appropriate markets. We perform background and credit checks on all applicants and verify their income and references to qualify potential tenants. We’ll handle property viewings and will prepare the lease and execute the required forms from the South Carolina Association of Realtors and in compliance with the South Carolina Landlord and Tenant Act. This service is ideal for owners who live on the property full time and rent out a carriage house or an apartment in their home.
