We advertise locally in print and online media and display listings on our website, as well as dozens of additional real estate and rental websites throughout the country.

The Right Tenant

We will find the right tenant who will respect your property. We require complete tenant applications tenant screening, income verification and all references. We will prepare the lease and execute all required forms from the South Carolina Association of Realtors and in full compliance with the South Carolina Landlord and Tenant Act. We collect rent and handle disbursements to owners and vendors.

Peace of Mind

You can be assured that your property and interests are safeguarded. We will provide periodic property inspections and a detailed inspection report after each move. We will oversee maintenance and repairs using our network of reliable, licensed contractors, with your approval. Your accounting statements, including detailed income and expense reports, are fully accessible at all times through the Owner Portal. We prepare and send 1099 statements annually.

She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and has been awarded the Realtor of Distinction in Property Management for the past nine consecutive years. Ginger's dedication to the community is evident through her work with the Preservation Society of Charleston and the Charleston Heritage Symposium. Grace Pfaelzer, Property Manager

With a degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the College of Charleston, multiple real estate internships and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Grace Pfaelzer enjoys the variety of clients she assists in finding their perfect homes in Charleston’s charming neighborhoods. Originally from Clearwater Beach, FL, away from the office Grace enjoys anything on or by the water, traveling, and the Lowcountry's thriving culinary and live music scenes.

Greg Kidwell, Property Manager

In addition to serving a licensed Realtor with Lois Lane Properties, Greg Kidwell has been a Property Manager with Lois Lane Rentals for the past seven years. Before that, he was a regional business manager for The National Trust for Historic Preservation, a field dear to his heart as he’s successfully restored a number of houses across the country. When not working on his circa 1870 home, Greg is likely to be driving rural South Carolina’s country roads, stopping at each and every historic site. Tenants, tradesmen and property owners alike appreciate Greg’s easy going personality.
